Baby in the Big City

This baby came to visit from the bush in Alaska. She came with some intuitive street smarts, and loved the city! I think we should rent her a little studio of her own here she'd do just fine, if she runs into any trouble she can drop a diaper bomb.

She insisted on carrying the groceries that were twice her weight:

And she prevented her dad's wallet from being stolen on our way to the zoo. Too bad we didn't realize that until AFTER he already called and cancelled all of his credit cards...:)

Thanks for visiting, you diaper heads!

Remember that time we bought all of those groceries in China and tried to carry them in the giant Ikea bag in the rain? And then no one would find us a taxi? That was a really ridiculous night. Funny ridiculous.

Does Dan ever age? That is seriously one cute baby...and strong.

Becky and Jon-David,

Glad to see you've captured some of the highlights on your blog-spot. We truly enjoyed the time in the big city with you both (sorry JD spent most of his time in the books). We will miss walking the busy streets, riding the metro, sleeping on the floor of your kitchen/living room. Hope we can do it again (with the rest of the family)!
