In celebration of Jon-David's 28th Birthday I present:

28 Things I Love/Special Things About Jon-David

1. he always is so committed to his church callings
2. his kindness was what attracted me. he held the door open for me before class while i was still a block away and i could see him holding it for me so i walked a little faster
3. he offers food to beggars
4. he always shares with me what he learns
5. the only time i’ve seen him cry is when he’s really touched by the spirit
6. he sews! the holes in his socks
7. he loves wearing out everything until it’s literally just threads, he has a shirt he’s had since the 6th grade that he still wears
8. after his food comes out of the microwave he puts his nose ½ inch away from it and sniffs it all over
9. he paces when he talks on the phone
10. when he hates doing something i.e. subway, tsa, he makes a game out of it to make it more tolerable for him
11. he hates gum
12. he loves leftovers
13. his feet are always moving, even while he’s sitting
14. he has a slipper fetish, he has a separate pair for carpet vs. hard floors
15. his dancing can always make me smile, it’s indescribably fantastic
16. he’s really good at making up random songs with me
17. he really likes animals (even though he says he doesn’t)
18. he’s probably his nieces and nephews favorite uncle. endless wrestling and trickery.
19. he loves risk and monopoly
20. he’s constantly looking for the most efficient way of doing things, from doing dishes to clipping his nails-he figures out the best methods
21. he’s really cute and gentle with babies
22. he grows a great beard
23. he keeps up his relationship with all of his siblings
24. he’s just fun! it’s always a party when jon-david is around. he can entertain and get people laughing like a genius
